  • Community School Coordinators
  • School Principals
  • District Administrators
  • Intermediary Leaders
  • Nonprofit Professionals
  • Youth Serving Professionals

Support we can provide:

  • Coaching and Transformational Assistance
  • Results Based Strategic Planning
  • Capacity Building/Professional Development of Local Leaders
  • Virtual networks to build community and spread best practices in like roles (free)
  • National and regional convenings to build capacity and connections

The capacity-building technical assistance we provide has several goals:

  1. Increase the number of Community Schools that achieve equitable outcomes for children, students, families, and communities; and
  2. Increase the number of systems of collaborative leadership across whole communities.
  3. Develop and Support Leaders in Key Roles with a focus on results.

IEL focuses on preparing, supporting, and mobilizing leaders of all ages, stages, and contexts in becoming champions of equity by building their capacity to navigate effectively across sectors and facilitate inclusive decision-making. Whether you engage with us individually or in small or large groups, there’s something for everyone:
