25 Iroquois Community School Students Inducted Into National Junior Honor Society

Last month, 25 students from Iroquois Community School in Des Plaines became members of the Paul W. Jung National Junior Honor Society chapter. According to the organization, students must display excellence in scholarship, service, leadership, character and citizenship in order to be inducted into the chapter. Prince Georges County Public Schools Board Approves Community School Policy with Leadership from Board Member and Coalition Policy Director Mary Kingston Roche

Prince George’s County, MD, one of the 25 largest school districts in the country, on June 7 approved a policy promoting community schools for its 130,000 student school system.
