Our four-part 'Community Schools and Equity' webinar series continued with our second installment, "My Brother's Keeper and Community Schools." During this webinar, participants learned about the connection between the White House's My Brother's Keeper Initiative and the community school strategy. Leaders of Oakland Unified School District and Chicago's Becoming a Man Program also discussed their approach to effectively reaching students of color in community schools.
