Now more than ever, it's important that educators, parents & families, community partners and other public/private agency staff recognize and respond to trauma in their students and know where to
access supports and professionals when necessary. As a follow up to the Coalition for Community Schools’ Addressing Trauma in Community Schools webinar last year, this webinar, co-hosted with
the Center for the Study of Social Policy, will dive deeper into how schools and community partners
can engage and work with families to address childhood trauma.

 Our speakers include:

  • - Cailin O’Connor, Senior Associate, Center for the Study of Social Policy
  • - Cyntoria Grant, Parent University Director, Boston Public Schools
  • - Donna Thompson-Bennett, Co-Director, National Parent Leadership Institute (NPLI)
  • - Maureen O’Neill Davis, Parent Leadership Training Institute Graduate (CT Parent Leader), National Parent Leadership Institute
