  • Adult education
  • Student enrichmednt
  • Recreation
  • After-school programs
  • Community-focused learning
  • Health services
  • Early childhood services
  • Family support

CBOs can share their resources and specialized expertise with the school.  They can also serve on community school planning teams. As a result of their involvement, the school, students, families, and surround community reap many benefits.  CBOs can help strengthen families, increase the use of school facilities, community members gain access to their programs, healthier students & better attendance, and safer communities.
