2015 National Community Schools
Awards for Excellence!


If you are partnering to create positive results for children, families, and your community, then you should apply for the 2015 Community Schools awards to showcase the great work you are doing!

The Individual Community Schools Awards will go to schools that have been operating as community schools for at least three years and have demonstrated success. Three individual schools will be recognized. Each winning school will receive $2,500.

The Community Schools Initiative Awards will go to initiatives with joint efforts between schools and community stakeholders that have organized multiple community school sites with a strong commitment to scaling up across the community or school systems. Up to two initiatives will be recognized. Each winning initiative will receive $5,000.
